boardgame

meepleWe are in the Washington (off the lobby to the right) and Tyler rooms (end of the far hall past the swimming pool) Thursday until they can get the main Ballrooms set up (no later than 7pm). Please don't unpack your games until we are in the main ballrooms. Sorry for the inconvenience. (This is the last time we'll have to do it this way, we have the main ballroom for the entire 5 day event in May.)

There will be a game library and you are welcome to bring your own as well. There will be plenty of space for open gaming, but we also plan on a number of tournaments as well as chances to play with the game designer, game demos and workshops for game designers. Most gaming rooms will be open 24 hours from Thursday morning at 10am until Sunday at 11pm.

The Atlanta Game Fests have always had a great group that is very good at making sure everyone gets into a game, and that friendly attitude has continued into Game-o-Rama. We believe that Atlanta is the greatest boardgaming city in America (maybe the world, except Essen in late October -- we'll give them that).

Game-o-Rama will host the Georgia State Championships for Diamonds, Skull King, Nevermore, The Game of 49, Letter Tycoon and Dimension. See tournament page for details.

The winners will win a free membership Atlanta Game Fest 29, Memorial day Weekend as well as a seat at the Southeast Regional Championships.
